BharatMata Samuha started with three discipline leads sharing a single drawing office in Pune. Fifteen years on, it's the same standard at a bigger scale: engineers who sign their own drawings and stand behind them on site.
In 2011, mechanical engineer Aditi Rao began pulling in a structural engineer and an electrical engineer friend whenever a client's project crossed disciplines. Clients stopped wanting three separate consultants and started asking for "whatever Aditi's team does." That shared drawing office in Pune became BharatMata Samuha: a single consultancy behind eight engineering disciplines, each led by a chartered engineer.
Today the practice covers industrial, commercial and infrastructure work across Maharashtra and beyond, with the same rule from day one — the engineer who designs it signs it, and stands behind it through commissioning.
Calculations checked twice and drawings issued for construction only once they'd pass our own audit.
The engineer who signs a drawing is the engineer who answers your call about it on site.
